Program 1 - Sell Your Home Directly To Us (Direct Sale)

Silver Moon Properties may consider purchasing your home directly from you IF it is a win-win situation for each party. Under this program, we are NOT out to purchase your equity for pennies on the dollar, but we ARE interested in purchasing your home for a below market price. The benefit to you is that you can sell your home quickly for cash. The benefit to us is that we can rehabilitate the property and either sell it at market price or provide affordable housing to people interested in leasing. Program 2 - List Your Home in the Multiple Listing Service for As Little As $95 (Limited Service)

Under this program, Silver Moon Properties contracts with parties interested in selling their home themselves but who also desire access to many of the tools that real estate agents have access to, including listing their home in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Program 3 - Let Us Help You Sell Your House for a Flat 1% Commission (Full Service)

Silver Moon Properties will contract with you to get your home sold. This is the traditional method that most home sellers are familiar with. We will list your house in the local MLS, on Realtor.com, and on many additional Websites and portals to provide exposure to buyers. Our fee is a flat 1% of the selling price; you determine how much you are willing to pay the buyer's broker (technically known as the selling broker). Under current market conditions, we recommend that sellers offer 3% to the buyer's broker. We will provide most of the services that a broker charging 6% will provide.
