We are based in northern Riverside County in southern California's Inland Empire, but available to assist clients throughout the state. For buyers, we offer two programs. Our Rebate Program is one that most traditional full-service brokers won't offer. Our Rebate Program is simple: In exchange for the opportunity to represent you in your purchase, we will rebate nearly 50% (actually 50% minus $295) of the commission we receive from the listing broker. Our Referral Program is also simple. Let us introduce (refer) you to a well-respected broker in your area and we will rebate 50% of the amount we receive from that broker for making the referral. For sellers, we offer three programs. Program One involves the direct purchase of your home by us. Program Two involves Silver Moon Properties contracting with you to provide limited services that include listing your home in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for as little as $95.
